Lake Mead is world renowned for its beautiful scenery, good weather and
good fishing. The Nevada Striper Club welcomes you to find out exactly
how good the fishing can actually be. We are a Club that focuses on
fishing and having fun. We also have a family based mindset and
believe the children will be the future for this great sport. The monthly
tournaments are always very competitive and the juniors division is
outstanding. The meetings are informative and the door and raffle prizes
are excellent.

What's New
*Our Annual Raffle Fundraiser in in the works and we are hoping to
kick it off at the September meeting. There are still many things
to do. Mainly gather up prizes for the raffle ticket. Any members
that can help out with this project are asked to please contact an
officer of the club ASAP. Time is running against us for a Septem-
ber start to our campaign.
*The August tournament will be held the 13th thru the 15th. The
race for angler of the year is unfolding nicely as a few anglers are
starting to close the gap that Steve and Mikey started the year out
with. Good luck everyone.
*Laker Plaza is having a blow out sale on nearly everything in the
store. Stop by and grab a few goodies at a killer price. Dave has
been a friend of the club for many years, so please support him and
pay a visit to Laker Plaza.
*The Nevada Striper Club has officially joined the "Adopt-A-Cove"
program that the National Park Service offers. The cove that we
drew is called Finger Cove just outside of Calville Bay. We will
be organizing a date to go out and clean up our cove. Stay tuned
for more on this exciting new venture.
